Our Commitment to People

Attention to people is central to our values and corporate culture.

We want our employees to feel involved in our business project and considered first and foremost as “people” rather than a “function”. We invest in their well-being and growth, with small and large ongoing gestures, promoting a serene and inclusive environment.

We have adopted a hybrid and flexible working model; we offer an internal training portal on soft and hard skills, including topics not directly related to daily work activities.

YOUTH TRAINING

Our attention to the community is directed towards young people and the world of work. We seek to contribute both through projects aimed at the inclusion of NEETs (young people who are not working and not studying) and by participating in school-work alternation programs.

As a company dealing with digital transformation, the growing concern regarding the training of young people in STEM subjects is close to our hearts. Indeed, for several years we have been hosting and training young students in PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation) using innovative teaching methods.

 

In particular, our collaboration takes place with:

  • ISTITUTO TECNICO INDUSTRIALE “PINO HENSEMBERGER” in Monza


For the constant commitment dedicated to the project, the Group has received the “BAQ – Quality Alternation Badge” and “BITS – Badge for Companies in ITS”.

The BAQ rewards companies committed to the dissemination of technical culture and STEM disciplines, which stand out for the quality of school-work alternation pathways established, promoting virtuous collaborations with upper secondary schools (lyceums and institutes) and professional training centers.

 

Special Projects

NEET Employment Inclusion

An initiative to which we contributed by offering space for an internship during 2023 was “Al lavoro 4.0”, aimed at young people between 19 and 29 who are not working and want to train in new digital professions.

Inclusione

University

We believe that technological innovation is the keystone for a more sustainable future.

It is also a pillar of our work that leads us to maintain active relationships with universities, in order to intercept young talent, technological research, and innovative projects.

A recent example is the collaboration for the development of the RiskAML anti-money laundering platform, now a proprietary IMC solution that integrates an artificial intelligence algorithm: the contribution and validation of the Department of Mechanics, Mathematics, and Management (DMMM) of the Politecnico di Bari was fundamental.
