Governance

Our Commitment

Governance is not just “rules” and “policies”. It is what allows the ‘company ship’ to sail with a steady course in the sea of uncertainty and build its resilience.

At IMC Group, we believe that all ESG elements are part of a well-structured GRC strategy, and that a good ESG strategy begins with a strong Governance structure.

Sustainable governance, inspired by ESG factors, is characterized by several key elements, in particular it recognizes the importance of Transparency and Accountability; Stakeholder Participation; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); Diversity and Inclusion; ESG Risk Management (including at our clients’ level); Sustainable Innovation and Digital Transformation.

Among the Governance initiatives we have already adopted to regulate our relationships are the Charter of Values and the Code of Ethics.

The Charter of Values, available online to all Stakeholders, contains a set of values that codify our corporate culture, as it has been shaped over time by specific ideals.

The Code of Ethics establishes the fundamental principles and guidelines that employees and collaborators must follow in the context of business activities. Its purpose is to promote ethics, transparency, and legal compliance in all business operations. It is also a voluntary self-regulation tool that embodies our commitment.
