For this reason, we adopt responsible consumption practices, operate in an eco-sustainable building, and are committed to reducing our emissions.
IMC Group participates in the OLIVAMI project, an initiative to restore the green heritage after the devastation caused by Xylella, which in Puglia led to the loss of 21 million plants and also caused an increase in pollution. Salento is the homeland of many IMC Group employees, which is why the company has chosen to actively contribute to the protection of this territory by creating its own Corporate Garden, adopting Salento olive trees remotely to support the reforestation of the territory. It is estimated that each of us produces an average of 136 kilograms of CO2 per year through email use. With our garden, we offset the emissions of approximately 44 people, double our workforce.
